Need help completing the Creator program application, PLEASE

Hi all! I really need some help finishing my Creator program application.

Just today I got my Tax Identity verified and when I tried to complete step 4 (Activate your payment processor account) I tried filling the Hyperwallet form only to find the name shown there was wrong and I couldn’t change it. Tried to find out how to edit it and couldn’t find how, also, my form link expired and now I cannot even submit it with the wrong name.

This morning I contacted Epic Games support through their Help website regarding a different matter within the application, which apparently made it so I cannot request support through email or live chat for another 5 DAYS. I already tried incognito, different browser, and even a different device with none allowing me to contact support, while I COULD contact them through a different account.

What should I do now? I can’t contact support to receive a new link to fill out the form, and even if I could fill it, the name would still be wrong and as I said it did not seem to allow me to change it.

On a side note, a long time ago I won a prize from a Fortnite cup and I had to make a Hyperwallet account to which I could never log into since I never received Hyperwallet emails, just like now, when I tried resetting my Hyperwallet password or logging into it and it asks me to check my email but I still receive nothing from them.
