Summary
A map I uploaded in late mid November was completely functional and went through discovery just fine, thousands of players played and everything was sunshine and rainbows. The day on the DOT, when chapter 6 released, it completely broke my map. Anytime a player tries to play the map they’re greeted with “We hit an error while cooking this content.cook_failure”. Anytime I try to upload a new version, I am told my verse persistence is not backwards compatible, even though I HAVEN’T changed the persistence at all. If I try to update my existing active and uploaded version, i’m rejected for violation of “commandlet_error”. Anytime I’ve tried contacting support I get absolutely nowhere, it’s infuriating. I really need to fix this before february since my map contains a coin on the thumbnail, and the recent rule update means my map will be taken down and I’ll be punished for something I CAN’T FIX. Let me reiterate, my map was completely fine during the initial 2 weeks it was released, and playing the map within UEFN is completely fine too. The release of chapter 6 literally broke my map. Please help.
