Movable objects turning black when using static lights

Hello everyone, I am making a horror indoor game in which I am using static lights, but when I am placing the door actors, the frame of the door, which is assigned static, is being lit correctly, but the movable door mesh is totally black in colour. I cannot afford to use stationary lights only for the door, as there are many doors in my scene. I have tried many things, but nothing has worked. I have attached the screenshot indicating the problem I am facing. Looking forward to your help!

Things I have already tried-
Disabling static shadows
Increasing and decreasing the lightmap resolution
Lightmap type to force surface and force volumetric
Enabling distance field indirect light
Checking the uv’s
Using lightmass importance volume
