Mip bias on anisotropic filtering?

So, I am following [this][1] tutorial about sharper mipmapping and I am stuck here

As you can see, the texture isn´t showing and I don´t know what to do about it.

By the way, I am using this because I need my materials to look very good at very narrow angles and quite long distances and 16x anisotropic filtering isn´t enough.

Seems like there´s a MipValueMode that lets me do the bias without disabling the anisotropic filtering
