Summary
Recently, there have been a lot of players unable to properly play experiences specifically on Middle East servers. The most common case is that a player loads into a lobby and there are no other players in the game, instead of a full lobby of 12-16 (and the CCU to support it) the players are stuck in a game with very few players and no one else being able to join.
Some people have also reported their stats no longer tracking, or partially resetting, specifically on ME servers.

Steps to Reproduce
Play on Middle East servers and there is a chance you will experience the issues described in the summary.
Expected Result
You should be able to play normally, with a full lobby and your stats properly tracked.
Observed Result
You are stuck in a lobby with very few players, no one new joining, and your stats may not progress.
