Summary
Sometimes, when players are in an experience, the server can crash. Freezing everyone’s game - they cannot move, they cannot shoot, it just freezes until everyone is kicked from the game. There appears to be no major ping or lag spike ahead of the crash.

There are no specific steps to reproduce, but we have had several players report it with video evidence and have experienced the issue ourself as well.
Expected Result
You should play the game smoothly.
Observed Result
Game freezes, server crashes, then kicks everyone to the lobby.
