Metal shader is very unqualitative, how to fix?

Hello, Could you help me understand, how to fix this issue with the metal shader. I am attaching an image where you can see that it is not smooth but spotted and noisy.
I have forgotten, but am slightly recalling, it is probably called subdivs, right? If so - where I can set it up? If not - where I can fix that?

You might want to try the ‘high quality reflections’ project setting, but you need to be running 5.1 for that.
