Hello! When importing data from Live Link Face an error occurs and because of it no files are created in Content.
Who has encountered this? I attach a screenshot
I have same issue.
I’ve had the issue myself. the app goes weird and switches the audio channel from 1(mono) to 3. you need to turn the microphone permission off and then on again to reset it. then every future video will work but haven’t figured out how to edit the VLC video by just changing the audio channel and non of the video’s meta data
Apologies for the late response. If you have existing footage that is failing to import with an error relating to 3-channel audio, please see the workaround in the following post.
An updated version of the Live Link Face app is now available (version 1.3.2) that should prevent future takes from exhibiting this issue when importing.
