MESHES FLICKERS AT A DISTANCE IN THE FINAL RENDER

Hello there. I am having this incredibly frustrating issue in my renders. If you take a look at the video in the link below, you will see that the cherry trees are flickering crazy and as the camera gets closer the some of the foliage gets better (seems like a culling issue even though it is not). What is causing this? I have tried everything literally from NoMipaps to Lumen to Nanite to Raytracing to PostProcessing etc. The only time the flickering disappears is when I disable the Anti-Aliasing from my render which does not produce high-quality image. PLEASE HELP
