Run a mem calc in UEFN and generate a Private Code
Attempt to publish the Private code in Creator Portal. It will say mem calc failed

Expected Result

Mem calcs that succeed in UEFN show as successful in Creator Portal

Observed Result

After running a successful mem calc in UEFN, the Creator Portal will show it as failed

Summary Since v43.00 publishing is blocked: the memory calculation succeeds in UEFN but is never accepted by the backend (403 “Missing required permission ‘content-service:profiling UPDATE’”).
