Maya 2016 Black Spots on Models

Hello guys! I keep having this black spots issue on my models, which I did in Maya 2016. I tried to unlock normals, change vertex position and in Maya it looks more or less fine. But when I import the model and apply light built, it’s just horrible and it looks like this. Any other solution to deal with annoying black spots? Tried increasing lightmap size too. Doesn’t help much.
