Material UV Problems

So I’ve been working on lightmap UVs this past week, and for the most part I feel like the lighting is coming out ok, but now when I place a material it isn’t consistent. What would you recommend be the least tedious method of resolving this issue?

You have two options;

1- You can go to your modeling program and use a planar UV mapping for the floor mesh’s first UV channel and then reimport.

2- You can set Coordinate Index to 1 in the material > texture’s texture coordinate node so that it tiles the texture using the lightmap UV layout.

I don’t entirely understand the 2nd step, could you please attach some images to help what you’re explaining.

Using the second option, how can I scale down the texture?
