I have a Material Billboard Component with a Material using Material Domain = Surface. In UE 4.20, it only renders in the left eye. This only happens with instanced stereo on, and changing the Material Domain to Deferred Decal makes it render in both eyes (though now my material billboard component is occluded, which it should not be, and doesn’t look as nice).
Is this an engine bug? It was rendering in both eyes with instanced stereo in UE 4.19.

It’s similar to Unreal Engine Issues and Bug Tracker (UE-37611), but not the same issue, since this is a change in behavior of 4.20 vs 4.19.
