Massive Lightmap Bleed

I am an arch student and I am trying to set up a scene for a project that I am doing. However I keep getting this huge bleed in one sharp corner of the mesh and I do not know how to fix it. I tried auto-mapping, did not work. I tried laying out the UVs myself ( which I will admit, I have no experience doing ), did not work. Help?

Lightmass settings:
Scale: 0.2
Bounces: 100
Quality: 10
Smoothing: 1.3
With medium settings
