Map still disabled after appeal (appeal approved)

Summary

Hello everyone,

I’ve got my map disabled and appealed the decision (which got approved), but my map still remains disabled. I’ve contacted support about this and they’re redirecting me to come here.

After making a post here, I was told to go back to normal support, but when I’m there they’re telling me to go here again. It’s an infinite back-and-forth and this issue has been going on for 2 weeks now. For developers see tickets: #13670266, #13422137

I’ve tried to explain the situation to the map-moderation team as well (through appealing on a previous violation), but this ended up in getting me another rejection and an additional 30-day suspension on top of that.

I feel like this issue is being made way bigger then it has to be and I hope an Epic employee could please step up and help me solve this situation, that is now getting completely out of hand.

Kind regards

Hey @Jimbohalo10 ,

I’d love to contact support but I’ve been doing that for 2 weeks straight and I’m still not getting any solution, they (with all respect) just beat around the bush.

I need someone from a specialized team to look at it because every time I’m contacting support I feel like I’m not even being taken seriously… That’s why I’m here…

Unfortunately I am still having this issue too, they did not get me back in touch with sanctions to get it resolved. I explained my sanction portal will not let me contact them and they still keep sending me to the portal.

Yeah sadly, its an infinite back-and-forth and they don’t seem to wanna help… :frowning:
