Summary
I pushed a map update. Received an approval email. The portal stilll shows the map as ‘processing’. So we’re stuck in a loop where I can’t push any updates as the portal is stuck.
I sent an email to player support but I have not heard back for a few hours. Is there anything that can be done? This is keeping us from pushing any map changes or updates to players.

I will also say that we should have the ability to cancel a map submission at ANY time. I don’t care if it’s already in review let us cancel the portal process at least. This would at least let us push a new submission rather than waste a day or longer trying to get the portal to update.
Can someone from Epic please look into this and clear out the processing status?
Player support replied and they are unable to help. Is there really no one that can assist with map creator support issues? Why don’t we have dedicated creator support. Player support is pretty useless for most of our issues.
Just an update… after 22hrs I received a 2nd approval email and now it shows as ‘approved’ in the portal. Not sure if it just timed out, or if someone helped in some way. I don’t really have any info. If someone helped, thank you. I still think we should be able to cancel submissions at any time.
FORT-980237 is ‘Closed’ as ‘Fixed’. The issue will be addressed in 37.31.
