Making a shadowless object / shader with Lumen

I made my scene in Unreal 4.27. I have some lamps in my street and I used a single sided emissive shader for the glass. The PointLight passed thought the glass perfectly and Illuminated my scene. But when I moved my project to Unreal 5 preview 2, The shader started working differently and blocks the lights. SO my Scene is all dark

There is a way how to make an object or shader that doesnt produce shadows when working with Lumen?

For now I increased the Source Radius to 50.0 and added a Custom IES and is working for the moment
