Make part of room dark

If you have skylight on, you will have always bright even dark areas. You should disable skylight and compile lights. It need some work for good effect, tweaks, good materials etc.

Hi, i have a room, where i want a section to be darker, i tried with post process but only works when you overlap it.
Can anyone help?
