(Major) My co-worker can not launch UEFN.

My co-worker downloaded UEFN as usual, and automatically downloaded Fortnite, then launched UEFN, created a new project, and did nothing. He clicked Launch Session directly, and then the screen showed “Initializing” and “Validating”, and nothing happened. The Launch Session button didn’t change to Exit Session, and Fortnite didn’t launch properly. He tried restarting his PC, uninstalling UEFN and Fortnite, and reinstalling it, but it didn’t work. Very strange, I have never encountered anything like this before. Because it showed “Initializing” and “Validating”, but didn’t show “Matchmaking”, I’m assuming that his UEFN has some link issue with Fortnite. But we need help with this. Any theory would help, thanks!

Fixed it, it turns out he just downloaded UEFN to the same parent folder as UE5 before, because he tried to manage all engines in the same folder. Then he put the UEFN folder outside and the problem was solved. But this is a very silly problem. Because when downloading, there is no prompt saying that UEFN cannot be placed in the same folder as other engines. Wonder how Epic gonna give some tips about this.
