Lumen Glitch

I’ve been trying to create a small scene to play around with lighting using the new Lumen system, but for some reason, on hard edges, the lighting seems to grow brighter and constantly changes.

In the image you can see how the lighting in the edges just looks weird, is there a way to fix this?

How thick do they need to be?

Epic suggests a minimum of 20cm. I suggest a minimum of 50cm, with a recommended thickness of a meter.
