Lumen GI behaves in strange way

Is this normal?

Yes

Lumen reacts to camera location.

You can tweak the distances and other processes involved with a post process volume

I would be tempted to tinker with those quality settings.

Actually that wasn’t the default behaviour, after testing i found out that HDRIBackdrop was causing this
