Lost of intellisense errors, working but incomplete intellisense.

Hi guys

I’ve been having some issues with intellisense.
Some things work some do not.

For example with UE_LOG, UE_Log itself is recognised but the verbosity is not, it doesnt appear on the list of options.

Even creating a new project I get a large batch of errors and warnings. See below

This is with unreal 5.2.1 and visual studio 2022. Also attached, installation details.

The project will run, its just some of intellisense is missing, any help much appreciates.
I don’t have a lot of experience with unreal but happy to provide whatever additional information is needed.
