I connect my iPhone XR with UE4 for metahuman and after that I see green light but after 5 seconds it became yellow. Animation at metahuman is not online but freezing at one frame. After that green light shows for 1 sec very rear.
I installed ARKit, livelink plugin and everything what written at documentation. Plus green shows when I change timecode. Internet speed is 1000/1000

having the same problem-- both with ethernet and wifi connections. Mobile data signal gives me a steady green light.
Yes, I managed it. Turns out there were to many targets at settings. When I delete unused, light became green.
Just wanted to say thank you, I had this same problem. I had an additional, old IP address listed as a target in the app. Removing the old one from the app settings cleared it up.
