Lightmass baking artifacts on plane mesh

After CPU lightmass baking I received this kind of artifacts, like diffuse texture leaks in to baked lightmap. This artefacts placed only in one plane meshes, like carpets etc
Do somebody know how to resolve this problem?

Hey @Andrey_klkv1, did you manage to resolve this problem? We have it too - for some time we just used GPU Lightmass, but now we need to use CPU and don’t know what caused this artifacts. And yes, we also have “leaks“ of diffuse textures, but we have this problem on many different meshes, not only on one-planers.
