Lightmaps broken in HISM UE4 4.22 from source


We are having problems with the lightmaps on HISM.
After baking everything seems fine but then if we close the engine and open again, the lightmaps look like the image down below.
We are using UE4 4.22 from source and also using Vulkan for mobile, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
I have seen that this seems to be an old problem than in theory it was fixed.
Is there anything we can do or just not use HISM?
