Lightmap issues Blender

Hello ,I made a modular asset which texture wise is tiling but for some reason, the lighting is not and it is causing some very bad breaks in the lighting. I have the 1st uv map which is just the regular unwrap, and then the second is the lightmap, and the lightmap index is set to 1, as needed.

Not sure whats the problem, if you look closely in the image, you’ll see in the areas not being shined by the light it actually tiles properly.

That looks like an issue with the normals/smoothing, make sure that edge isn’t being smoothed around the corner.
