Lighting updates in editor, but not on launch

I have a game with very simple lighting. There is a directional light pointed at my main scene, there’s a centered Sphere reflection capture, a sky sphere, a light mass importance volume, and nothing else relating to light. No objects are even emissive.

I have never had this problem before, and I’ve changed nothing but moving the light source, but the lighting will not update my changes when I launch to android. It works fine in the editor though. Has anyone else had this problem, or could anyone suggest some troubleshooting steps?
