I’m missing something obvious and I need a hand please.
Context: pre-production for FPS indie title
I’m trying to put in place a simple modular set to build our levels.
Walls are simple meshes with planes (picture 1 and 2 -assembled- ).

Inside UE4: “use two sided lighting” + “cast dynamic shadow” + “cast static shadow” + “cast shadow as two sided” are all checked.

No particular post process activated

Lightmaps are very dense and very well aligned (picture 3)

Same material used on all walls

In certain lighting scenario, I get what you can see on picture 4 and 5 (close up)
What am I doing wrong please ?
