Lighting is a mess, what have I done wrong?!

Hello,

I am at a loss as I have done and redone my skybox / lighting multiple times and continue to have this same issue. Can anyone help me out?

Welcome to the board. What are your light settings and types?

And what is the Resolution of the Lightmap?
Is your Map one connected Object, or is it based on many smaller Objects?
Dir.Light Rotation correct?
