Lighting error for modular meshes and open world

So I’ve been having issues in making my open world with modular meshes, each mesh has their own individual lighting for some reason except for the bottom gutter level roof which I messed with a lot. How do I make them all blend together like the gutter level roofs?

Also, since its open world with a day night cycle, should I not need to bake lighting? Should I uncheck allow static lighting and check force recomputed lighting to make it more dynamic? What other settings should I use?

Just looks like bad mesh normals, can verify by looking at the world normal viewmode. Baking lighting does nothing for you if you are only going to be using Lumen.
