Lighting Build Fails Immediatly

Hi All,

I am having the issue that I am unable to build lighting in my project. It fails immediatly.
I am using the launcher edition of UE.

Is there anyone that has the same issue and could help me out on what to do? I tried reinstalling the engine, tried different and also new, empty projects. It fails everytime.
