Lighting Artifact on walls

I have this bad lightning issue with my scene. Model UV is set to 128 but setting them higher doesn’t make any difference. Directional light is static and the spotlight

is also static

Maybe you also went low with static lighting level scale but didn’t adjust the quality with it…
128 res lightmap is pretty low… well depends on the quality you’re after but…
I don’t know if you have importance volume + portal(s) in your opening(s)…

Basically you don’t have enough samples in the scene to get a proper lighting information!
