Light too bright when inside/under trees

Hey

i wandet to know how i can lower the brightness from the outside when i’m in a room or under trees

Adjust the eye adaptation. I’m having the same issue going from outside to in. It’s like the sun is an exploding super nova. Also add fog helps.
