Launching Metahuman

I have downloaded all of the necessary plugins, with Quixel Bridge, and enabled live link and metahuman creator in the unreal engine, but for some reason, I still cannot access metahuman on my account. when I go to the metahuman page, it just asks me to download unreal engine again, I’ve tried Google chrome, Micrsoft edge, and Opera. nothing is working for me any help will be greatly appreciated

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with MetaHuman Creator access. My Epic Games account is active and verified. I have installed Unreal Engine 5.6 via Epic Games Launcher. MetaHuman plugins are enabled in Unreal (all 6 checked). Quixel Bridge is installed and connected to the same Epic account. I can import MetaHuman presets into Unreal without issues. MetaHuman Creator links redirecting me to the UE Download page

Hey Everyone, Since the release of Unreal Engine 5.6 in June 2025, we are no longer accepting new users to the MetaHuman Creator web application. You are instead invited to use MetaHuman Creator directly in Unreal Engine. If you have not already, download and install Unreal Engine 5.6, before following the instructions here to begin making your first character. Thanks James
