Cannot Access MetaHuman Creator – Always Redirected to “Download Unreal Engine”

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with MetaHuman Creator access.

  • My Epic Games account is active and verified.
  • I have installed Unreal Engine 5.6 via Epic Games Launcher.
  • MetaHuman plugins are enabled in Unreal (all 6 checked).
  • Quixel Bridge is installed and connected to the same Epic account.
  • I can import MetaHuman presets into Unreal without issues.

Problem:
Whenever I try to access MetaHuman Creator from https://metahuman.unrealengine.com/creator, instead of loading the Creator (cube spinner), I am always redirected to the “Download Unreal Engine” page.

It seems like my Epic account is not properly linked/activated for MetaHuman Creator.
Epic Games Support redirected me here, since they cannot enable the access directly.

Could someone from the team or community help me troubleshoot this issue?

Just to add more details for troubleshooting:

  • My Epic Games account is confirmed and active (email verified).
  • Unreal Engine 5.6 is installed via Epic Games Launcher.
  • All MetaHuman-related plugins are enabled in Unreal.
  • Quixel Bridge is installed and connected with the same Epic account.
  • I can already download and use MetaHuman presets inside Unreal.

Issue:
Whenever I click “Create in MetaHuman Creator” or try to open https://metahuman.unrealengine.com/creator, I am always redirected to the “Download Unreal Engine” page, instead of the Creator loading screen.

So far I have tried:

  • Different browsers (Chrome, Firefox)
  • Clearing cache and cookies
  • Logging out and back in

Still the same result. Could this be a problem with my account’s MetaHuman Creator access?
