I have downloaded the game on my laptop, then copied it into my PC on a hard desk. I have now UEFN on both, but on the PC I can’t launch the sessions! why’s that? always “Session Disconnected”

Completely Blocked from launching session and checking in changes
I uninstalled fortnite, UEFN, and i am still having these errors.
