Landscape visualizers (like Layer Usage or Layer Density) don’t work on landscape which has nanite enabled. Probably this is happening because visualizers are implemented only in FLandscapeComponentSceneProxy but not in FLandscapeNaniteSceneProxy. Are you planning to implement it?
For the meantime we have implemented automatic disabling of nanite on landscapes while a visualizer is selected. I have attached a diff of code changes, if you are interested.
