Issue with textures from SP -> Unreal

Hi, I am having a few issues with a project that I am working on for my classes. The issue I am having involved applying the textures created from Substance Painter to Unreal. The textures look drastically different. Either they are too light or the quality is not as good as it is in Substance Painter. I have included a couple photos to maybe help come up with any solution if there are.

disable srgb on all black/white/grayscale textures like ao/roughness.
