Island Image can't upload

Island Image can't be uploaded

I have a problem with publishing a UEFN map, when I try to upload the island image, nothing happens with the status bar, it stays grey all the time and nothing happens, so I can't publish a map. (On the create.fortnite.com website)

This is also happening with me. I then try to publish and it does not allow me to.

Yeah this is a bug. I dont think it is to do with loading the photo. Its either a bug or you have to be a publisher with the creator program which is so dumb because I just wanna publish for me and my friends

Iā€™ve not seen anything anywhere about needing to be in that program to publish. That program seems to be just for getting payed for publishing a map.

Now Iā€™m not so sure.

I have the same prolem

is there a way to upload a island without getting payed?

did you upload the image?

I have the same question as you. Epics communication is all over the place so I have no idea.

Nope. Same issue

I have the same issue

Still not loading the thumbnail image :frowning: anyone found a fix yet?

For me, itā€™s still the same.

No, Iā€™m sorry, Iā€™m already trying, every day Iā€™ll check if it works this time.

I think iā€™ve got a solution for the problem. Maybe the bar isnā€™t a progressbar. The Submit-Button is enabled if you add a private Version at the beginning. So i think this isnā€™t a bug you only have to add a private version. Hereā€™s a link on how you can a private version: Publishing Projects. After adding the private version it worked for me. But the Private Release has to be memory checked to work. If the version is green in the creator portal it should work.
