Is there a way to increase the reflection range? Because it cuts off the reflection on the floor, which looks really ugly.
if you are using static lights place a cubemap just under the sphere and rebuild. its not exactly what you are asking for, but its way cheaper than SSRs and should look fine, as both techniques can compliment each other.
You can tune SSRs by using a Post Porcess Volume with the unbound option ticked. There is a section called Screen Space Reflections.
