The companion app for Android of Reality Capture, Reality Scan, is very interesting because it uses giroscope and accelerometer to determine orientation for each picture; can a Reality Scan dataset be imported into Reality Capture for further processing?

yes, it can be used, but you need to download the data from the phone (Can I save photos and export out of RealityScan app - #11 by WebVRWorld)
