Just wanted to share, reload selected world partitions if you can’t foliage paint on certain parts, not sure if there were stacked proxies or something blocking access. Worked for me afterwards. The River Splines worked better after this too (though I’m not sure if its consistent)
Disabling collision helps with performance for moving selected river spline points too.
