I declared trader status but I'm getting a warning?

Hello, I’m also having this issue. I uploaded the documents 15 days ago ( 19. Feb ) and still no update. According to the email i have received, I’ll loose my trader status March 10.

i got the same issue, what happen if we’re still not verified after march 10? will there be some compensation for the damage?

Eu users won’t be able to see/purchase your products i believe.

I doubt epic will offer any compensation as it from a third party(Troller) unless a decent amount of users do experience similar issues and offer a delay or some sort.


i have the same problem since 15 febrero…and i write 6,7 email to fab support and recieve the same email

i have send to fab support team and fab 6,7 time my bank statement.
but the issue remains unresolved.

I have also submitted the verification for three weeks, but have not received any response and cannot proceed with the verification again.

could at least the deadline extended to next month?i ve been waiting for 2-3 weeks. in case i got the verification result tomorrow and its failed its mean i will need at least another 2-3 weeks to retry the verification.

It’s the same here. Submitted my proof of address few weeks ago and still no answer even the message claims the wait time to be 3-7 days.

Across many ID/adress verifications I’ve done in the past for banks, brokers, etc this is by far the worst I experienced so far.

Makes me also wonder if this whole trader thing is actually even neccessary. Haven’t heard of other digital content platform requiring such verification.

But March 17th is coming soon. I thought there was nothing wrong with the information I submitted, but it still failed to pass the verification. Then it seems that I can’t do anything.

Hi everyone. For the moment, the only recommendation I have is to keep waiting. This process is taking longer than we’d expected and we’re actively working on speeding it up and streamlining it.

The deadline has been extended to March 17 (previously it was March 10).

I’ll keep you posted if/when I have more info to share. But for now, hang in there. Things are moving along (albeit slowly).

A very important question, in what language should be Utility bills: gas, electric, or landline phone, for Proof of Address… There are many countries, and languages ​​that have the status of state languages… and I don’t think that for Utility bills will use a language other than the state language… Thanks in advance for your answer.

I agree, where will I get the certificate from, the bill if I have a different language, and the bills may not be in my name,it’s complete nonsense, I sent the bank statement in English, but they didn’t accept it, and they don’t write the reason

Are we having an extention on this deadline again? Because I have not recieved an email yet on trader verification and the deadline is tomorrow. Hardly fair if I fail and need to submit a new document

Hi! I live in Japan, I sent an electricity bill to verification, and it passed the verification without a problem. My name was written with katakana and my address with kanjis.

Regarding documents in other languages, as long as the name on the document is the same – and in the same script (e.g., Latin, Cyrillic, Kanji, and so on) – as the name you provided when you signed up for Fab, there should not be an issue with non-English documents getting through the process (assuming they meet all other required criteria, of course).
