I declared trader status but I'm getting a warning?

Same was with me. I had uploaded an utility bill, and got an email stating that the address verification was unsuccessful.

I have then uploaded another document (from my bank), waiting for response now.

Hi, Abby.
I have submitted my address verification document a few days ago and now the backend keeps prompting me to wait, saying that I will be emailed within a few days, however many days have passed and no email has been received.

I’m having the same problem. I’ve been waiting for 2 weeks. Even though I emailed the support team twice, I always get the same answer. I was told I would get a response within 3-7 days, but no, I’m approaching 1 month.

Hi Abby, I’m having the same issues as my colleagues above. It’s been a week since I submitted a document and no feedback so far.
The constant reference to the ā€œthird partyā€ is getting frustrating.

Please do not send your ID or proof of address documents to our support team. They are not the people who can or will be able to verify your information. All documents for verification must be submitted through the Trader Info tab of Publisher Settings.

Yes, please continue waiting.

You’re also welcome to reach out to support, though until a decision comes through from the third-party provider doing the verifications, our support team won’t be able to provide much (or perhaps any) additional information.

Waiting is tough - I totally get it and I’m grateful for everyone’s patience. We’re working on improving this whole process based on the feedback that you all have given us.

I received emails from FAB notifying me to complete address verification by March 10th. Regrettably, even though I uploaded the required address documents two weeks ago, there has been no progress update since then. My trader profile remains restricted with no operational access, and the system only displays a static ā€œresults within 3-7 daysā€ message that has persisted for over two weeks.

Could you kindly advise if resetting my trader information would help resolve this issue? I appreciate your urgent assistance in clarifying the status and next steps.

A purposeful wait with progress updates is manageable—even if the message received is, 'We need to extend the verification cycle.

Why address verification is still not confirmed ? Its almost 10 March and we are still waiting and losing money from our buyers from EU and %99 of our customers are also from EU.

Why everything is so problematic with fab ?

Hello, I’m also having this issue. I uploaded the documents 15 days ago ( 19. Feb ) and still no update. According to the email i have received, I’ll loose my trader status March 10.

i got the same issue, what happen if we’re still not verified after march 10? will there be some compensation for the damage?

Eu users won’t be able to see/purchase your products i believe.

I doubt epic will offer any compensation as it from a third party(Troller) unless a decent amount of users do experience similar issues and offer a delay or some sort.
