Well, now I’m getting the message in the yellow banner again
" You must declare your trader status and complete verification to continue selling in the European Union.

The same thing! They wrote that they couldn’t confirm the email, but I confirmed it a long time ago. It is very unpleasant to lose trader status before a sale for no reason!
Same here: Unable to verify address
We verified your identity but couldn’t verify your address. We’ll email you at ****@gmail.com with a link to upload a different proof of address in the next few days."
Absolutely the same issue.
Hi,
Just wondering, whether this situation is a continuation of the same bug?
This is also very interesting, since an international passport was used for confirmation, in which the address was indicated.
I have this bug again, I already completed my verification and I hope I don’t lose the ability to sell to the European Union!

A warning hangs, there is no letter … I hope this is just a mistake
Man, I seriously don’t understand, I had a similar problem before, it’s happening again and this time they directly took my approved trader status, I didn’t even receive an additional e-mail.
Judging by the products and publishers’ pages, absolutely everyone has lost their trader status.
It’s strange that there is no word from the FAB technical service
Hi again
If you saw the banner earlier today but don’t see it now, it’s because we’ve turned it off temporarily until everything is correctly in place. It’s related to the DSA, which you can read more about here.
If you see the banner when we turn it back on, it’s because some action is required of you. You may need to self-identify as a trader or non-trader, complete trader verification, or submit additional documents for verification. We will reach out to you via email with specific instructions, if that is the case.
If you have previously verified as a trader and you’re not seeing a checkmark next to your name, it could be for a couple of reasons.
It is written in this column that I am a certified trader, but no ticks.
It turns out that no additional actions, on my part, will not be required, right?
We have sent emails out to some sellers in cases when we have been unable to verify their address. We are currently troubleshooting an issue where not all sellers are able to see the address verification widget in the portal. Please wait at least ten minutes and then refresh your browser. We have had reports that this works for some of our sellers. After you’ve tried waiting and refreshing, please write back to let us know if it solved your issue so we can better collect information on this issue.
We apologize for this inconvenience.

@Unreal_Josh Hello!
I also received an email demanding to confirm the address.
Can I give up my trader status and distribute products in the EU as a non-trader? I don’t see a button for selecting another status.
Please advice.
I see the widget. Can I change the address to my new address in the widget and proceed to verification?
Or should I still first contact Fab support with a request to change my address (as stated in email I have received from Fab today?)
I recently noticed that since the end of January, my sales have drastically dropped—by about 90%. I also discovered that my Fab Trader status has suddenly disappeared. Because of the missing Trader status, customers from Europe have been (and still are) unable to purchase my assets.
I received no notification regarding the removal of my Trader status or any issues with my account, and this has had a serious impact on my sales. I kindly request that you take immediate action to resolve this problem or provide compensation for the losses incurred.
Please respond at your earliest convenience. Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter.
Moreover, I am currently running a sale, but it is essentially worthless because my assets cannot be bought by customers from Europe due to the missing Trader status.
