If you saw the banner earlier today but don’t see it now, it’s because we’ve turned it off temporarily until everything is correctly in place. It’s related to the DSA, which you can read more about here.
If you see the banner when we turn it back on, it’s because some action is required of you. You may need to self-identify as a trader or non-trader, complete trader verification, or submit additional documents for verification. We will reach out to you via email with specific instructions, if that is the case.
If you have previously verified as a trader and you’re not seeing a checkmark next to your name, it could be for a couple of reasons.
- The first reason is that trader and non-trader info is no longer displayed to users outside the European Union.
- The second reason is that we’ve replaced the checkmark next to the publisher name with info in the About tab of the publisher’s profile.
