Have you tried a different browser? Different DNS server? Flushing the DNS cache? Different computer/device? VPN?
Tried different WiFis. Did a complete cookie and cache removal. I’ve tried Edge, Safari, Opera, Chrome on my phone, and Chrome on a friend’s laptop in a café using their WiFi. Nothing works.

You could still try to bypass the network’s DNS server, for example, by trying another DNS server like Google’s public DNS.
And your region can’t be the issue? If another DNS server (and flushing the DNS cache) doesn’t help, I would try a VPN set to another region.
I’m in Malaysia, and I know other people here who use FAB just fine. I made my friend here get an account and it’s fine. He’s used it with my WiFi and it’s fine. I just need someone from Epic to simply login to my account and see for it themselves. This is not an issue from my end. Someone from Epic simply needs to reset my account and purge all previous data linked to my Quixel account, which is what I believe is the source of this issue.
