I can't access

Thanks Kevinayo, but unluckily for me it didn’t work.

I also tried keeping the Epic Games launcher open, but nothing…

Still issues, I keep deleting the cookies and fab shows up but immediately goes back to “ooops” if I click “account” or “my library” buttons…

A fix has been deployed. Please log out and log back into your account (the profile icon is at the top right).
If you still have issues, please contact Fab support at the link below, and someone from our team will contact you as soon as possible.

While I don’t get the “Opps” message anymore, now FAB won’t actually log into my account. It almost looks like you have been logged in but if I go to buy something it asks for me to sign in. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. Thanks!

Seems to still be an issue. I am logged into epic both in the launcher and in the web. Neither parlays into a valid session on FAB, and I am unable to actually log in on fab. It either results in a prompt to log in that repeats/loops back to the prompt or if I try to view library I get an error page.

I have never used FAB for anything. I assume my epic credentials are expected to be used for FAB, given that this is presented as an integrated experience. Is this the case @Flak ?

Same issue, same replication, Win 11. I was able to access the site until I logged into my account. Tried multiple browsers as well as clearing cache

The same problem for the second day, I have no access to the purchased items.

But when I switch to anonymous window in Chrome, fab.com works and when I log in. Is there a problem with authentication, or even with Google authentication, I don’t know.

I have this exact same issue. No matter what I do, when I log into FAB, I have no access to anything, other than the "Opps! Something went wrong… " page. I have a feeling this issue is due to the account being linked to Quixel. I deleted my Epic account because I wanted to remove the Unreal Unlimited license, which I had activated by accident, since it always pops up in Quixel Bridge when you open it. I then remade my account with the same email, but I noticed then when signing into Quixel, it still shows records of the previous purchases and the Unreal Unlimited license as being active. I think someone from Epic needs to purge our accounts of all previous data. Losing the old assets (even paid ones) wouldn’t matter, since we get access to all 17000+ Quixel assets for free anyway.

Is there a definitive solution to this as yet? its been showing the Oops page for over a day now. I tried logging in and out, without any luck. Thanks. If this continues to be an issue, can you enable the Mega Scans download option again until you ensure FAB is fixed and stable?

Fab works for me, but you can also still download from Quixel Bridge.

Where is the bridge located? if its on the Quixel page, then everything is redircting to FAB. Sign into Megascans, download an asset you own, then attempt to sign into FAB. I think the conditions are somewhat dependent on if you have an existing Megascans account, inventory and perhaps signed up on the first day and accepted the free megascans offer.

Still running into this issue as of 10/24/2024. Receive “server error… Oops! Something went wrong…”. Tried clearing browser history and cookies. Did not resolve problem. “Take me home” button directs me to the same error page.

fab.com now works for me when I use firefox but still doesn’t work with brave or chrome (win 8.1).

Yup, also confirm it works with Firefox, but not Chrome. Sadly i use Chrome, Windows 11. EPIC; can you provide some kind of response to this? Are your team aware of the issue? Any updates or ETA?

Does it still not work for you in Chrome?

It’s been a week now and I just don’t understand how no one from Epic/FAB has suggested anything other than "clear cookies/log in and log out. I’ve also posted about this issue, and got one response from an Epic staff suggesting the solutions above, and now no one’s responding at all.
