How to Stop light going through See through walls?

Hi, I’m new learning UE5, I bought this police station kit called ‘Police Headquarters’ off the MarketPlace but when I add outside light, the light goes through the walls and not just the windows. Does anyone know how block light going through one sided walls?

Thanks

Hello @Wintoons!

I’ll explain the reason!
Take a look at the columns

There is no problem projecting shadows, isn’t it?

And from the exterior view, you can see the columns, but not the walls…
Then there is nothing stopping the light and the rays are reaching the floor inside the building

The easiest solution here I think, is to activate in the wall material the property “Two Sided”

Thanks! Yeah I had trouble understanding how to add tags. I’ll try to remember next time.
