How to speed up light EYE Adaptation?

I just want to speed up the eye adaptation. The speed that I got takes like more than 6 seconds in darkness before it adapts the light. answers on some post regarding the same question is not fitting my situation.

I’m not sure where to go. either on the (Light Source) or somewhere else.

You can change the ‘Speed Up’ and ‘Speed Down’ values in a post process volume.
